Eras TD — Privacy Policy

Short version: Eras TD does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no ads, no analytics, and no account system. No internet connection is required to play — the optional in-app purchases described below do need one, only to complete the purchase itself.

What data we collect

None. Eras TD is a fully offline, single-player game. We do not operate any servers that the app communicates with, and we do not receive any information about you or your device.

What's stored on your device

Your game progress (levels completed, evolution/upgrade choices, settings such as music volume) is saved locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences on Android / equivalent on iOS). This data:

Third-party services

Eras TD does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind. The only third-party software involved is the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play), which has its own privacy policy governing your purchase and download.

In-app purchases

Eras TD offers optional one-time in-app purchases (permanent gameplay boosts and EVO point packs). These are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play billing system you're purchasing through — Eras TD has no backend server of its own and never receives, stores, or has access to your payment information. Apple and Google's own privacy policies govern that part of the transaction, not this one.

The only thing Eras TD itself does with a purchase is unlock the item on your device and record locally (using the same on-device storage described above) which items you've already bought, so a non-consumable purchase isn't re-charged and can be restored if you reinstall or change devices. That record never leaves your device and is not visible to us.

Children's privacy

Eras TD does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data at all from any user, it does not collect data from children either.

Permissions

Eras TD does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device permission. It does not require an internet connection to function.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature requires collecting some data — we'll update this page and revise the effective date above before that feature ships.
